Delivery Costs

We offer completely free UK postage - for international buyers, please see below.

Delivery Times

We use Royal Mail within the UK. Your order should arrive within 5 working days (It may be much less but please allow for delays around Christmas and bank holiday weekends)

International orders take 5-15 working days depending on destination.

Orders paid for by 12 noon are usually dispatched the same day.

European Postage

We welcome orders from anywhere in Europe and most items can be posted very cheaply - just drop us an email with the items you want for an accurate postage total. Please be warned the microwave hot bottles are heavy and will increase postage significantly (approx £5 extra for mainland Europe).

Worldwide postage

Microwave hot water bottles cannot be posted outside Europe - they are simply too heavy. For anything else - send us your requirements and location by email for a postage price.

We take all major credit and debit cards through paypal (no account is required to pay us through them)
